I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and the following guidelines and policies are important to remember:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Everyone is allowed one "free no show". Habitual forgetfulness and poor planning is unacceptable and a full price charge will occur. Also, a discussion may be necessary on the practicality of scheduling future appointments.
