Having a strong desire to help people in pain, I moved to the Monterey Bay area of California and completed the massage therapist course at the Monterey Institute of Touch, Carmel Valley, California, in 1995.
I have worked in the tourist industry in the Monterey Bay area and since 1997 in Wood River Valley, Idaho. I combine a blend of Esalen style strokes with deep effective trigger point work. My continuing education has focused on neuromuscular therapy, range of motion, stretching, and recently Erik Dalton’s myoskeletal techniques.
I provide a safe comfortable rapport with a wide variety of clients such as serious athletes, moms, “computer people”, and address migraines, joint dysfunction, and post-surgical support. I bring to the table a depth of understanding from my own life experiences. No session is the same as I am curious and intuitive with each person.
I am a Wood River Valley resident since 1986, who is life-long learner, small-town gal who enjoys camping, hiking, travel, good food and genealogy.
